Growing a Neighborhood of Families

Bryant Farms is a community of 91 single family homes located off Cedar Road in southern Chesapeake, Virginia. The homes were built between 1998 and 2000 and range in size from 1700 sq. ft. to 3200 sq. ft. Most homes are built on a slab foundation and have a mix of vinyl siding and brick fronts. This community belongs to Bryant Farms Homeowner's Association.

Do you know the history of Bryant Farms? Deep Creek was a stage coach stop between Norfolk and Elizabeth City in the 18th and 19th centuries and was a small settlement on the Great Dismal Swamp.
